Level 1 (Green)
Monitoring & Assessment Only. Monitoring of incident, assessment and evaluation of incident status. Appropriate agencies are alerted and advised of the situation.
Level 2 (Yellow)
Partial Activation. EOC & MEOC staffed. Collaborating agencies activated. (ICS) implemented and the five (5) sections along with the branches are activated. EOC Command Staff develops and implements an Incident Action Plan (IAP). EOC personnel are briefed on the IAP, EOC status boards updated.
Level 3 (Red)
Full Scale Activation. In a full-scale activation, the EOC is activated on a 24-hour schedule. OperationOC staff and all COOG personal are activated and required to report to the EOC. The ICS is implemented and all sections and branches are activated.
